I'm one of seven kids, so it was always bustling. Growing up, I looked up to my dad a lot. His first career was a highschool headmaster. Then he decided to start a real estate business. I admired how he made people feel at ease when buying or selling their homes. When I was little, I thought I'd be a musician or an athlete, or maybe even a history teacher.

I loved sports and spending time with my dog, Buddha. These things made my childhood special. When I was older, I realized that home isn't just a building. It's where we keep our happiest memories.

Everything changed for me when my dad was diagnosed with Parkinson's in 2009. He needed help, and I felt this was my time to step up. But I was scared. What if I couldn't do it?
